I made this owl with moonstone pendant to celebrate the Barred owl who lives here on the west coast. We see them from time to time and it’s always a special moment. We live in their home territory not the other way round. 
I know I’m not alone in caring for the nature that we live amongst. My artwork representing their beauty is my way of honouring them.
