Starry Night sterling silver pendant necklace

The Starry Night sterling silver pendant necklace was inspired by the Dutch post-impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh’s painting “The Starry Night”

I wanted to recreate his beautiful ethereal nighttime landscape as a silver pendant. It was quite a challenge carving all the important details and it humbled me into his painting like never before. It’s an image that resonates with many people and is known by most. It provokes a deep feeling of peace for me, I wonder what he was feeling at the time he painted it.
